The Hustle to Heart Bookclub
A community and refuge for high achievers outgrowing conventional success.

When you live in a world that celebrates the hustle, it takes courage to step off the hamster wheel and build a life rooted in real fulfillment—not just achievement.
Hustle to Heart is a monthly bookclub of high achievers daring to redefine success. Through thought-provoking reads and rich conversation, we support one another as we trade burnout and achievement-chasing for presence, meaning, and vitality.
HUSTLE TO HEART IS FOR:
The successful leaders
who have hit every milestone and earned every title—but still feel like something’s missing. You want to stop prioritizing your career at the expense of your life, and start a new chapter that feels more meaningful.
The driven entrepreneurs
who have built the dream business—but while the recognition, flexible schedule, and financial wins might look great on paper, they leave you overworked and under-fulfilled. You want to reconnect with yourself beyond your business.
The gold star collectors
who have built their identity around achievement—and are finally asking: “What do I want?” External validation hasn’t given you internal fulfillment, and you’re ready to rediscover what lights you up beyond the striving.
The respected influencers
with tons of followers, but a dwindling sense of self. Being a brand, turning life into content, and being addicted to the apps has drained your vitality. You’re ready to stop prioritizing appearances and start prioritizing your quality of life.

I’m Hailey. I built the life I thought I wanted: booming coaching business, six-figure book deal, hundreds of thousands of followers.
But the highs were brief—and the goalpost kept moving. People said I was living the dream, but behind the scenes, I felt empty, burnt out, and disconnected.
I’d been fed a lie of where real fulfillment came from—and I’d sacrificed my connection to myself, my loved ones, and my community for success’ false promises. I’d tied my meaning and identity to a pursuit I didn’t believe in anymore.
I could keep living a life I’d outgrown—or I could take the risk, stop chasing what the world told me to want, and reorient my life around something deeper. More true. More alive.
Through the wilds of transition—through fear, self-doubt, and uncertainty—this is how I left a life that looked good on paper to build one that actually felt good: a life rooted in connection, community, and meaning.

How It Works
Hustle to Heart is an intimate, 20-member bookclub. Enrollment for the Fall 2025 cohort has ended; the waitlist is open for our next cohort in January 2026 (or sooner!).
Every month, H2H enjoys a non-fiction book or podcast episode that explores the topic of outgrowing conventional success. Every book has an audiobook version for those who prefer to listen.
H2H meets once a month. Our meetings are gently facilitated, with thought-provoking questions that help you reflect on the book and generate rich discussion.
Our monthly coaching worksheets distill each book’s insights into key frameworks and guided prompts—helping you craft a personalized plan to live from heart, not hustle, at a pace that feels right for you.
Between meetings, you can participate in a members-only H2H Discord chat, where you can share thoughts, celebrations, resources, and stay in touch in-between meetings.

The Backstory
For over two years, I’ve hosted a non-fiction bookclub in Seattle—and it’s quickly become one of the greatest community experiences of my life.
Over time, what began as twelve strangers discussing ideas over a potluck dinner became much more: a space for rich vulnerability and deep friendship that spans far beyond our monthly meetings.
Firsthand, I’ve seen how powerfully an intimate bookclub can foster personal transformation, create community, and inspire lifelong connection. My goal is to create this same transformative experience in Hustle to Heart—and I hope you will join us!
Accessibility is important to me, so when you join us, you can select the enrollment rate that best suits your financial situation:
